Africa: Zero Emission Cars At COP17

Renault - Nissan has provided a dozen electric cars for delegates at COP17/CMP7, this is to highlight the benefits of green transportation.

 

The Renault - Nissan cars can be charged from renewable energy resources such as solar and wind power.

 

South Africa is aiming at becoming the continent's leader in clean-energy generation. The country is aiming this through the building of one of the world's biggest solar power plants. Read the full report here.
