Bird Wealth Of Malabar To Be Studied

A five-member team has started the Malabar Ornithological Survey, which is being carried out for the Kerala Forest Department, early this month. The year-long survey would cover the northern part of Kerala including the Palghat Gap and Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasaragod and Wayanad districts, said Mr. Sashikumar.
