KKL-JNF will hold a side event at the conference, and will also run a booth throughout its duration. In addition, KKL-JNF will run several events in the South African Jewish community. These activities will give KKL-JNF the opportunity to present its achievements in Technical Transfer and Capacity Building in three main areas, for the benefit of mankind:

KKL-JNF Delegation
Israel, which currently has observer status at COP, sends an official delegation every year, consisting of government ministers and top representatives in the environmental and business sectors. True to its mission to share their knowledge and experience as part of the global effort, the KKL-JNF delegation forms part of the official delegation every year, giving KKL-JNF the opportunity to exchange knowledge and expertise with other countries, and to develop working relationships.
Included in this year's KKL-JNF delegation are Dr. Orr Karassin, an Environmental Law specialist at the Open University and a member of the KKL-JNF Board of Directors; Mr. Itzik Moshe, Deputy Director of KKL-JNF's Southern Region;Â Mr. David Brand, KKL-JNF Head Forester and Research Director; and Ms. Karine Bolton, Director of International, Relations at KKL-JNF.
Joining Israel's official delegation will be Ministry for Environmental Protection General Director, advocate Alona Shaefer-Karo and Chief Scientist Sinia Netanyahu; Mr. Omer Caspi and Ms. Shira Meir from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Mr. Gadi Weissman from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor. The list of delegates will be finalized in the following days.
