"The lift will be the most modern lift technology, which saves energy when it is not functioning. It recharges when it is not operating. So this will be - in my view - when it is completed 15 months from now at a cost of about 140 crores, it would be the most the environmentally-friendlily, the most climate-friendly government building," he added.
