France's Nuclear "Miracle" Is More Fantasy That Fact

Trouble is, France's nuclear "miracle" is more fantasy than fact.  And facts are what Congress - and the American public - deserve before massive public subsidies are committed for new reactor construction. Here are some key findings from my analysis of what has mistakenly been called the French "nuclear miracle."
