Haa's Thriving Timber Racket

A corporate employee in Thimphu, opined that illegal timber is not only cheap but reaches on time. The market rate for timber, set by the natural resource development corporation limited, is Nu 265 a cubic feet, but people in Haa are willing to sell at Nu 165 to Nu 220.
