In 2011, Delhi-based theatre artiste, Shivani Wazir Pasrich, an Odissi dancer and well-known TV presenter, joined the movement to save the tiger. And, I am the Tiger was born.

In order to shed light on the plight of our national animal, Inner Courtyard brings Shivani Wazir Pasrich to Mumbai to share her interactive and enlightening play on tiger conservation - I Am The Tiger.
The play has been performed in the jungles of Kanha and Ranthambore, at the UN Convention on bio-diversity and at London's Women of the World Festival. Every performance has elicited a fabulous response and created more awareness on the need to save the tiger. To explore the theme in greater depth, the performance will be followed by a panel discussion on the topic ‘Will all this drama really save the tiger?' moderated by eminent persons from the wildlife and conservation sector.
