Indian activists want a price on carbon

They want to put a price on carbon, accept emission caps and embrace the path of sustainable development. They are hoping that the government will deviate from its narrow-minded perspective that extols coal-power. They are asking for a carbon tax on all countries and say that India, China and other developing countries cannot absolve themselves  just because they have small per capita emissions.
