The celebrations had begun on Tuesday with a technical session on wetlands in the morning. Experts from various parts of the country are participating in the two-day function.

 

"Every year, the World Wetland Day is celebrated at different parts of the country. Last year, it was celebrated at Chilka Lake in Orissa. This year, the Keoladeo National Park has been selected as the site for the celebrations," said an official. Read the full report here.
