Lake's Catchment Area To Be Shared

The exact area of the proposed zone is yet to be decided. The wildlife sanctuary is spread over nearly 26 square km in the lake's catchment area. Of the total area, about 29 sq km falls in Chandigarh, 2.77 sq km in Punjab and 10.22 sq km in Haryana. Read the full report here.
