Major Cities In Finland Stress Responsibility To Combat Global Warming

According to local media reports on Wednesday, mayors of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Turku, Oulu and Tampere made a joint climate-declaration on Wednesday in a meeting held in Helsinki, the capital of Finland.
