The inquiry has been ordered after M K Ranjitsinh, chairman of Wildlife Trust of India (WTI), raised the issue with Ramesh attaching TOI report and photographic evidence of violations. On Ramesh's direction, Prakriti Srivastava, DIG (wildlife), Delhi, asked state's chief wildlife warden D C Pant to submit a report. Read the full report here.
