Nomads Arrested For Wild Boar Poaching

The accused, said to be belonging to the hunter community of Mogya, are from neighbouring Madhya Pradesh. They have been booked under the Wildlife Protection Act.

 

The hunters, from Shivpuri district of MP, had been temporarily living in the forest with their families after pitching tents. District Forest Officer Vijay N. confirmed the killing of three wild boars by the group near Kharayata village in Lakheri block of Indergarh Forest Range area, 85 km from Bundi town.
