Terms and conditions:
1. The photographs should be of 10"x12" size and mounted on a 12"x15" size white cardboard.
2. It should be recent and can be anywhere from Maharashtra.
3. Photograph of a complete tree or a branch (if possible with flowers) will be eligible for the competition.
4. The common and botanical name, location and name of the participant should be typed and pasted below the photograph in 20 font size.
5. Each participant is allowed a maximum of three entries only.
6. Name, postal address, e-mail id and phone number of the participant should be written on the back of the cardboard.
7. The prizes for the winning entries will be as follows:
1st prize Rs.5,000/-
2nd prize Rs.3,000/-
3rd prize Rs.2,000/-
Two consolation prizes Rs.1,000/- each.
8. Fifty selected participants will be awarded merit certificates.
9. Each participant will have to give a digital image saved on a CD.
10. The selected photographs will find a place in our future publications with proper credit to the owners.
11. The photographs will have to be collected by the owner from the FOT Office within 30 days after the Flower Show.
Date: The entry form for the competition will be available at the FOT office from January 2 till January 15, 2016, between 10 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. (except on Saturdays and Sundays). It can also be downloaded from here. The photographs should be submitted on or before January 20, 2016 with Rs.150/- per entry.
