Ramesh Slams Visa Officials For Absence Of Chinese Delegation

"We invited a delegation of 10-15 people. They are all scientists some even government officials of the forest department of China. They were supposed to come. But they could not make it," a WWF-India official said.

They could not get visas as they were informed that "much more time is required to process that".

They were to attend "Cranes Calling", a regional conference on conservation of black-necked crane (India, China and Bhutan). Read the full report here.
