Solar energy will be cheaper in the future

The company believes that solar electricity could become cheaper than conventional fossil fuel electricity as soon as 2013. If this is proved true, it will definitely create a shift in the mindset of people who are programmed to believe that alternative energy is more expensive. Some experts suggest that grid parity depends on continually increasing prices of conventional electricity which has been volatile in recent times but add that some areas such as Spain and California have already achieved parity on solar prices for large installations.
