The workshop is primarily designed for Forest Department staff and field researchers who wish to learn techniques to get better, more usable images from specific locations. This would involve triggering shutters from different angles and with better lighting techniques to capture rare species or rare behaviour. Apart from where to place cameras, Steve will share lighting tips, pitfalls of camera trap photography, how to keep records, ethics and more.
The workshop is free. However, participants will have to bear their accommodation, food and travel costs.
The workshop is a wonderful opportunity to interact with Steve Winter, one of the best conservation photographers in the world. We hope to see you there.
