Waghpurians, Let's Continue To Roar

We launched the movement on March 24 and for the following 11 days discussed threadbare the issues that go into making Nagpur the Tiger Capital of the World. A group discussion by experts gave a meaningful direction to the campaign.

Waghpurians like VED chief Vilas Kale, adman Sanjay Arora, forester AK Saxena, wildlifers Prafulla Bhamburkar and a few others assembled at the conference room in TOI office and raised intelligent points that could make or mar Waghpurians' hopes for the city. We invited a few others like MAT judge AK Majumdar, just-retired wildlife chief DC Pant, wildlifer Nitin Desai and some others to contribute their thoughts on the issue. Read the full report here.
